Abstract

Zusammenfassung Allgemein übliche und bisher bewährte Vertriebsmethoden sind spätestens seit der Pandemie zunehmend unwirksam geworden. Kunden haben heute ganz bestimmte Vorstellungen, was sie von Verkäufern erwarten, und welche Vertriebstaktiken sie dulden. Demzufolge müssen sich Anbieter jetzt an diese neuen Kundenerwartungen anpassen, wenn sie weiterhin wettbewersfähig sein wollen. Dieser Artikel legt diese neuen Kundenerwartungen dar und beschreibt, wie eine Vertriebsanpassung und -modernisierung erfolgreich abgewickelt werden kann.
