Abstract

Zusammenfassung Machen wir uns nichts vor, im Grunde wissen wir doch, wie gute Führung aussieht, oder? Das interessante daran ist, dass wir genau wissen, wie es aussehen soll, es aber am Ende nicht tun. Das liegt zum einen daran, dass es uns oft viel mehr Anstrengung kostet, an das Ideal heranzureichen, als wir am Ende bereit sind zu investieren. Zum anderen liegt es daran, dass wir Dinge, Sachverhalte und psychologische Muster zwar kennen, sie in den entscheidenden Momenten aber häufig nicht parat haben.
