Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ray Kroc, der Erfinder und Gründer des Franchisesystems von McDonald’s, hat wohl als Erster erkannt, worum es beim Franchising geht: Kein Einzelner von uns ist so gut wie wir alle zusammen. Es ist nicht nur wichtig, dass der Franchisegeber weiß, was seine Franchisepartner erfolgreich macht. Er muss auch anerkennen, dass diejenigen, die sein Konzept umsetzen, einen wesentlichen Anteil am Erfolg haben. Und damit sind wir mittendrin: Systemführer sein und in Netzwerken denken.
