Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer in einem systemischen Ansatz denkt, erkennt schnell, dass mit dem Wachstum eines Franchisesystems massive Verschiebungen einhergehen. Was passiert, wenn neue Franchisepartner ins Franchisesystem kommen? Wie verändert sich die Dynamik, wenn neue Mitarbeiter in Franchisezentralen eingesetzt werden und Aufgaben übernehmen, die bislang durch eine dem Franchisenehmer vertraute Person erledigt wurden? Es gehört zu den Kernaufgaben des Franchisegebers, die Runde zu erweitern. Wachstum bringt aber systemische Veränderungen, die beobachtet und begleitet werden müssen.
