Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das zweite Modul des Franchise-Leistungspakets beschreibt die Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die im Rahmen des Geschäftsmodells am Absatzmarkt angeboten werden und was die Kunden in Bezug auf das Angebot erwarten können. Dieses Modul ist sehr individuell und wird auf das jeweilige Geschäftsmodell abgestimmt. Die Beschreibung des zweiten Moduls startet mit dem Produktportfolio und der Dienstleistungsphilosophie. Es zeigt auf, wie die Preis- und Konditionenpolitik im Franchisesystem zu handhaben ist. Die Abbildung der Inhalte und der Prozesse der Einkaufspolitik sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Produkte und der Dienstleistungen runden dieses zweite Modul des Franchise-Leistungspakets ab.
