Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gemeinnützige Organisationen sind oft der Anlaufpunkt für Menschen, die im hektischen Arbeitsleben nicht zurechtkommen oder in ihrem bisherigen Berufsleben an Grenzen gestoßen sind. Sie stecken manchmal in psychischen, körperlichen oder sozialen Schwierigkeiten. Sie suchen zum einen die Gemeinschaft mit anderen, zum anderen neue Möglichkeiten der Beschäftigung.
