Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung hat die Gesellschaft und die Wirtschaft in den letzten Jahren umfassend beeinflusst und gerade im Einkauf zu umfangreichen Veränderungen von Geschäftsmodellen und Produkten geführt. Zudem darf nicht davon ausgegangen werden, dass dieser Prozess in den nächsten Jahren an Dynamik verlieren wird. Aus Sicht der Verfasser gilt es, die unternehmerischen Chancen der Digitalisierung fortwährend kritisch zu prüfen und zu nutzen, da andernfalls mit dem Fortschreiten der Digitalisierung die Konkurrenz vorbeizieht, neue Geschäftsfelder nicht erschlossen werden und damit die potenzielle Gefahr ökonomischer Krisen oder sogar Insolvenzen steigt. In diesem Kapitel soll anhand von Thesen aufgezeigt werden, welche perspektivischen Chancen und Herausforderungen aus ökonomischer und auch juristischer Betrachtungsweise mit der Digitalisierung verknüpft sein können.
