Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sexualisierte Übergriffe an deutschen Universitäten sind so normal wie tabuisiert. Zum Schutz der Hochschulmitglieder werden hochschulweit geltende Richtlinien verabschiedet, mit denen der Umgang mit sexualisierter Belästigung, Diskriminierung und Gewalt sowie Beratungsangebote und Präventionsmaßnahmen geregelt werden. Die Zuständigkeit für die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen liegt meist bei den Gleichstellungsakteur*innen. Auf der Grundlage einer Auswertung von Richtlinien und Expert*inneninterviews mit Berater*innen diskutieren wir in diesem Beitrag die Frage, wo die Möglichkeiten, Herausforderungen und Grenzen von Richtlinien und den in ihnen genannten Maßnahmen gegen sexualisierte Belästigung Diskriminierung und Gewalt an Universitäten liegen und stellen die kritische Frage, inwiefern die Ansiedlung der Problematik im Gleichstellungsbereich sinnvoll ist.
