Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir sind nun am Start zur nächsten Etappe unserer Reise zur organisationalen Resilienz. Diese Etappe wird herausfordernd, weil wir unterwegs viel Gepäck aufnehmen werden. Sie erinnern sich: Capture bedeutet beim Storytelling, die richtigen Geschichten für den aktuellen Anlass zu finden. Dieses Kapitel soll Sie dabei unterstützen, sich Ihr eigenes Lager an Stories anzulegen. Dabei gehen wir auch darauf ein, welche Art von Geschichte situationsspezifisch passt. Und am Ende des Kapitels teilen wir unsere Erfahrungen, wo gute Geschichten zu finden sind und wie wir unsere Stories bis zum Gebrauch lagern.
