Abstract

Zusammenfassung A-6 beinhaltet ist der letzte Schritt im Verhandlungskonzept von Dr. Marc Helmold und hat mit der Gestaltung des Vertrages eine zentrale Bedeutung. Ist eine Einigung erzielt, sollten beide Verhandlungsseiten alle wichtigen Punkte in einem Protokoll schriftlich festhalten und diese als Bestätigung gegenzeichnen. Ebenso empfiehlt es sich, einen Aktionsplan mit Verantwortlichkeiten und Terminierungen zu erstellen, an dem beide Verhandlungsseiten sehen können, ob die vereinbarten Aktivitäten eingehalten werden. Die Konkretisierung der Verhandlungsergebnisse ist ein fundamentaler Schritt, um absichtliche oder unabsichtliche Fehlinterpretationen zu vermeiden (Helmold et al., 2022).
