Abstract

Zusammenfassung Marketing auf Sprachassistenten ist zu einem großen Teil keine direkt werbliche Kommunikation. Vielmehr informiert, hilft oder unterhält es die Nutzerinnen und Nutzer rund um deren Interessen und Bedürfnisse. Im Sinne des Content-Marketings sind auch auf Sprachassistenten viele Dialoge dementsprechend einzuordnen.
