Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird das Thema der psychosozialen Notfallversorgung bei der Polizei beleuchtet. Nach einem kurzen Abriss über Belastungen im Polizeiberuf wird der Begriff PSNV erläutert und die Entwicklung der psychosozialen Notfallversorgung in Deutschland überblicksartig nachgezeichnet. Da der Schwerpunkt des Beitrages auf der psychosozialen Versorgung polizeilicher Einsatzkräfte (PSNV-E) liegt, wird das sog. Konsensuspapier der Polizeien des Bundes und der Länder zu den Standards in der psychosozialen Notfallversorgung polizeilicher Einsatzkräfte vorgestellt. Aufbauend darauf wird reflektiert, welche Fragestellungen geklärt und welche Hürden überwunden werden müssen, um ein PSNV-E-Konzept implementieren zu können. Abschließend werden Studien vorgestellt, die sich mit der Wirksamkeit der Einsatznachsorge beschäftigen.
