Abstract

Zusammenfassung Er ist Unternehmer, Autor, Rennfahrer, Uni-Dozent aber vor allem eines: Der Pionier der deutschen Skateboard-Szene. Innerhalb der letzten 40 Jahre hat die Leidenschaft des studierten Pädagogen die Skateboard-Szene in Deutschland und Europa geprägt. Für Titus Dittman ist Skateboarding mehr als ein Trendsport oder eine Freizeitbeschäftigung für pubertierende Rotzlöffel. Sein Herz brennt so sehr, dass er sogar seine eigene Stiftung – die „skate-aid“– gründete, um Kinder in entwicklungsschwachen Ländern stark zu machen und dabei die Kraft des Skateboardfahrens zu nutzen.
