Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, und ebenso die Art der Dokumentation der Projektmanagement-Ergebnisse, müssen immer auf das konkrete Projekt ausgerichtet sein. Bei kleinen Projekten macht es z. B. wenig Sinn, den Fortschritt des Projektes mit allen Raffinessen der Earned-Value-Analyse zu bestimmen oder im Risikomanagement mit der Berechnung von Risikowerten die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Maßnahmen zu prüfen. Bei großen Projekten hingegen kann das durchaus erforderlich sein. Auch wird es bei kleinen Projekten nicht erforderlich sein, ein umfangreiches und ausgefeiltes Berichtswesen aufzubauen. Der Leser findet hier für alle nur denkbaren Projektmanagement-Ergebnisse entsprechende Dokumentenvorlagen für kleine, mittlere und auch für große Projekte.
