Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das „projektorientierte Unternehmen“ hat sich heute zur Leitmetapher für moderne und leistungsfähige Organisationsentwürfe etabliert. Dies zeigt sich in vielen Entwicklungen und Innovationen im „Projekt-, Programm- und Projekt-Portfolio-Management“, so die heute feststehenden Fachbegriffe der Disziplin. Wie schon diese Begriffe zeigen, geht es heute nicht ausschließlich um die Frage: Wie wird ein einzelnes Projekt erfolgreich durchgeführt und abgeschlossen? Längst ist das Thema in nahezu alle Bereiche des Managements der Organisation und in nahezu alle unterstützenden Bereiche vorgedrungen. Das vorliegende Werk will dieses Themenspektrum umfassend beleuchten und Hilfestellung geben, Strukturen für das Projekt- und Mulitiprojektmanagement aufzubauen.
