Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Artikel beschreibt auf Basis aktueller Praxisprojekte und wissenschaftlicher Studien, warum Employer Branding für B2B-Marketers ein enormer Hebel sein kann. Es wird diskutiert, warum die herkömmlichen Job-Plattformen nicht mehr konvertieren und wie sich Marketers Geld und Zeit sparen können durch vorlagen-basierte Abläufe und Content-Formate im Kontext der Aktivierung der Arbeitgebermarke. Anhand von vielen Beispielen aber auch Key Performance Indikatoren (KPIs) aus dem Marketing wird dargestellt, wie B2B-Marketers gemeinsam mit deren Kollegen aus HR Employer Branding erfolgreich und effektiv initiieren, realisieren und messen können.
