Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eines der grundlegendsten und wichtigsten Elemente in allen Prozessen ist die Kommunikation. Ohne Absprache, Aussprache und Besprechung können Menschen Prozesse nicht erfolgreich und verlässlich durchführen. Dabei sollte die Kommunikation innerhalb eines Personenkreises auf dessen Struktur hinsichtlich Größe, Rollen, Wissenszugang und Einfluss ausgerichtet sein. Es bedarf klarer Kommunikationswege, um eine stabile und belastbare Handlungsfähigkeit sicherzustellen – das ist zwar allgemein bekannt, wird aber vielfach missachtet. Um gute Kommunikationswege zu implementieren, ist ein Verständnis der gemeinsamen Ziele und Maximen der Unternehmerfamilie und ihrer Mitglieder mit all ihren Rollen, Kompetenzen und Individualinteressen eine unabdingbare Voraussetzung.
