Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Thema Nachfolge kann als schicksalhaft beschrieben werden, denn es hat durch seinen weichenstellenden Charakter nachhaltige Auswirkungen auf die Zukunft des Familienunternehmens. Zudem berührt es sämtliche Bereiche des Familienunternehmens: die Strukturen und Prozesse der Familie, des Unternehmens und auch des Sekundärvermögens. Die Nachfolge schwingt gewissermaßen als Dauerthema in vielen Fragestellungen mit und durchdringt alle Bereiche. Sie kann auf das Eigentum oder die Führung bezogen werden und oft werden beide miteinander verknüpft.
