Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Inhaberschaft an einem Familienunternehmen ist ab der zweiten Generation in der Regel ein Geschenk – ein Geschenk, das verbunden ist mit vielen Erwartungen, Aufgaben und Herausforderungen. Sie ist verknüpft mit Verantwortung und Privilegien, mit Möglichkeiten und Aufforderungen, mit Rechten und Pflichten. Die Ausgestaltung dieser Inhaberschaft betrifft das Leben der Inhaber selbst, ihrer Familien und aller Mitarbeiter, Zulieferer und Kunden – in der Gegenwart und der Zukunft. So bewegen sich die Inhaber in einer veränderlichen und komplexen Konstellation und brauchen dazu Bereitschaft, Kompetenzen und Zeit.
