Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für das Messen von Fortschritten baut das Diversity Management auf das interne Berichtswesen und arbeitet für eigene Analysen mit diesem Status quo. Überdies definiert das Diversity Management oftmals neue Kennzahlen für die Organisation, um die vereinbarten Ziele steuern zu können. In diesem Kapitel wird darauf eingegangen, wie die Ableitung der Diversity- und Inclusion-Ziele aus den Unternehmenszielen erfolgt und entsprechende Kennzahlen festgelegt und verknüpft werden. Ergänzende Leitfragen und Beispiele von Kennzahlen entlang des Employee Lifecycles geben weitere Orientierung und vertiefen die Hinweise aus den vorherigen Kapiteln.
