Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Markttransformation überträgt das real stattfindende Marktgeschehen in eine virtuelle Welt, die über digitale Endgeräte weltweit für Anbieter und Abnehmer in Echtzeit ohne geographische und zeitliche Beschränkungen zugänglich ist: Beinahe 5 Mrd. Internet-Nutzer halten sich durchschnittlich rund 7 h pro Tag im World Wide Web auf und kaufen für US$ 3,85 Billionen jährlich ein (2022); in China hat der Anteil des E-Commerce am B2C-Handelsgeschäft 44 % erreicht.
