Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die internationale Geschäftsausweitung durch den Eintritt in ausländische Märkte und deren Entwicklung ist eine der wichtigsten Wachstumsstrategien von Unternehmen. Das primäre unternehmerische Ziel expansiver internationaler Marktstrategien ist die Generierung langfristig wertschöpfungserhöhenden Wachstums und die Entwicklung einer wettbewerbsüberlegenen Marktposition. Zu diesem Zweck übertragen international orientierte Unternehmen ihre Wettbewerbsstärken auf die ausländischen Zielmärkte, indem sie ihre Leistungssubstanz unter Einbringung der verfügbaren Ressourcen und Fähigkeiten für die vertriebliche Entwicklung ausländischer Märkte nutzen.
