Abstract

Zusammenfassung In konkret handlungsorientierter Sicht werden Aktionsfelder der Wirtschaftstransformation vorgestellt. Dabei wird der Akteuresystematik des vorangegangenen Kapitels gefolgt. Die Akteure der Ökonomie – einschließlich der betreffenden überstaatlichen Institutionen – sowie die (Zivil-)Gesellschaft haben jeweils eigene Ansatzpunkte und Verantwortlichkeiten. Beispielsweise können die Unternehmen (weitere) Schritte in Richtung einer Kreislaufwirtschaft in Angriff nehmen. Für den Staat kommen u. a. Maßnahmen der Fiskalpolitik oder der Technologieförderung in Frage. Für die privaten Haushalte ist das verbesserte Konsumbewusstsein ein möglicher Ausgangspunkt von Handlungsänderungen. Darüber hinaus müssen die Akteure zusammenwirken, um Lösungen im Sinn der Ziele der Wirtschaftstransformation voranzutreiben, wie am Beispiel der Mobilitätstransformation deutlich wird.
