Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, welche gesetzlichen Lizenzen der Gesetzgeber speziell zur Förderung der Wissenschaft, Forschung, der Lehre und der Kultur zur Angleichung des Urheberrechts an die aktuellen Erfordernisse der Wissensgesellschaft mit dem Urheberrechts-Wissensgesellschafts-Gesetz (UrhWissG) geschaffen hat. Es geht um die speziellen zustimmungsfreien Nutzungen von urheberrechtlich geschützten Texten, Bildern und Filmen in Schulen, Universitäten und Bibliotheken. Diese sind im Urheberrechtsgesetz mit den §§ 60a bis 60h geregelt und werden in dem folgenden Kapitel beschrieben.
