Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Strategische Management ist eine Funktion des Managements in Unternehmen, das sich mit der langfristigen Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Zielen beschäftigt. Die Planungshorizonte im strategischen Management umfassen in der Regel drei bis fünf Jahre, wobei strategische Zeithorizonte diese Periode überschreiten können.
