Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, wie Sie die zu Ihren Kandidaten/Kandidatinnen erhaltenen Informationen zusammenfügen und Ihre Candidate Persona gestalten. In diesem letzten Schritt formulieren Sie Ihre gewonnenen Erkenntnisse über die Candidate Persona und visualisieren sie in einer Candidate Persona-Sedcard. Wir zeigen, welche Optionen der grafischen Aufarbeitung es gibt. Zum Schluss geben wir Ihnen einige Tools an die Hand, die die Persona-Gestaltung vereinfachen.
