Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den Mitgliedstaaten der EU finden sich unterschiedliche Verfahren und Elemente des kollektiven Rechtsschutzes. Während in Frankreich und Italien Verbraucherverbände in Massenverfahren stellvertretend für die betroffenen Personen klagen können, sieht das spanische, portugiesische, schwedische und dänische Recht Gruppenklageverfahren vor, in denen neben Verbänden auch einzelne Personen Klagen für Gruppen von z. B. betroffenen Verbrauchern einreichen können. In Finnland wiederum können Gruppenklagen, die individuelle Schäden bündeln, von einem sog.
