Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ziel von Self-Assessments ist die Förderung der Selbstselektion auf Basis eines Selbsttests oder einer realistischen Tätigkeitsvorschau und damit die Steigerung der Grundquote. Self-Assessments werden im Rahmen des Personalmarketings eingesetzt und richten sich an Personen, die sich noch nicht beworben haben. Es können im Wesentlichen zwei Formen von Self-Assessments unterschieden werden. Dies sind zum einen Recruiting-Games als Simulationen, die im Rahmen eines Spiels bestimmte Aspekte der Stelle mit ihren spezifischen Anforderungen „erlebbar“ machen wollen. Dies sind zum anderen Matcher als eher eignungsdiagnostisch konstruierte Selbsttests. Während Matcher Ergebnisse liefern, liefern Recruiting-Games Erlebnisse. Das vorliegende Kapitel soll anhand von ausgewählten Praxisbeispielen die Gedanken, die Self-Assessments zugrundliegen, „greifbarer“ machen und damit aufzeigen, wie die Ziele von Self-Assessments konkret erreicht werden können.
