Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um das in der Interviewkonzeption erstellte Vorgehen professionell umsetzen zu können, sind bei der konkreten Durchführung eines eignungsdiagnostischen Interviews eine Vielzahl an qualitätssichernden Aspekten zu beachten und Entscheidungen zu treffen. Das Kapitel stellt detailliert dar, was in den einzelnen Phasen der Interviewdurchführung zu berücksichtigen ist. Dabei wird auf jede Phase konkret eingegangen, im Einzelnen also auf die Phasen: Vorbereitung, Begrüßung, Informationssammlung (Selbstvorstellung, Nachfragen zur Selbstvorstellung und zu den Bewerbungsunterlagen, Anforderungsmerkmale erkunden), Information des zu Interviewenden über Position und Anforderungen der Stelle (realistische Tätigkeitsinformation), Gesprächsabschluss und unmittelbare Nachbereitung des Interviews. Auf Grundlage aktueller wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse gibt das Kapitel zu jeder dieser Interviewphasen Gestaltungsempfehlungen und Hinweise bezüglich der zu beachtenden Regeln, um die relevanten Informationen möglichst zuverlässig zu erheben und das Interview in einer sozial angemessenen Form, auch im Sinne einer positiven „Candidate-Experience“, insgesamt professionell zu gestalten.
