Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden der aktuelle Stand wissenschaftlicher wie praxisbezogener Erkenntnisse sowie hierauf beruhende Schlussfolgerungen für eine zeitgemäße Interviewkonzeption dargestellt. Hierbei werden z. B. Strategien und Ansätze betrachtet, um den Informationsgehalt der gesammelten Informationen zu optimieren. Für die verschiedenen Abschnitte bzw. Phasen eines eignungsdiagnostischen Interviews sowie die möglichen verschiedenen methodischen Zugänge wird der jeweilige eignungsdiagnostische Nutzen und Fokus erörtert. Beispielhaft wird auch ein konkreter Ablaufplan mit den möglichen Ausgestaltungsvarianten vorgestellt. Abgerundet werden die Darstellungen durch Empfehlungen zu zahlreichen Detailfragen der Interviewgestaltung und -führung.
