Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Einsatz von Interviews hat eine lange Tradition innerhalb der Personalauswahl von Pilot:innen im DLR e.V.. Das Interview ist Bestandteil eines multimethodalen Auswahlverfahrens, das die Diagnostik grundlegender kognitiver Kompetenzen, der Fähigkeit zur Mehrfacharbeit und der sozial interaktiven Kompetenzen beinhaltet. Auch für letztere wurde eine sicherheitsrelevante Bedeutung für die Arbeit im Cockpit nachgewiesen. Mit Persönlichkeitstests, Verhaltensübungen, einem Biografischen Fragebogen und einem Interview werden sie gezielt erhoben. Das verwendete hypothesengeleitete Interview ermöglicht dabei eine Abklärung vorliegender kritischer Ergebnisse der Persönlichkeits- oder Verhaltensbeobachtungsdiagnostik von sozial interaktiver Kompetenz. Fallbeispiele verdeutlichen, dass das Interview bei Bedarf um entsprechende Vertiefungen erweitert wird. Dieses Vorgehen hat sich in der Praxis der Personalauswahl von Pilot:innen im Hinblick auf Zeiteffizienz und Strukturierung bewährt.
