Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Mittelpunkt des Projekts „Personalauswahl auf Augenhöhe“ der Bundesagentur für Arbeit steht die Entwicklung eines interviewbasierten Auswahlsystems. Startpunkt hierfür war eine Anforderungsanalyse, die hier als Fallbeispiel dargestellt wird. Nach einer Gruppierung der für das Projekt relevanten Dienstpositionen wurden zunächst in der Organisation bestehende anforderungsrelevante Informationen gesammelt. Danach wurden weitere anforderungsbezogene Beurteilungen über Interviews mit Fachexpert:innen sowie in einem Workshop erhoben. Die Informationen wurden zu einem ersten Profilentwurf verdichtet, der nach weiteren Diskussionen und Revisionen schließlich in einem ausdifferenzierten, dienstpositionsübergreifenden Anforderungsprofil konsolidiert wurde. Das verhaltensnah operationalisierte Anforderungsprofil dient nicht nur als Grundpfeiler für die Interview- und etwaigen weiteren Verfahrensentwicklungen, sondern wird auch in der Kommunikation mit den Bewerbenden zur transparenten Prozessgestaltung eingesetzt.
