Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vor der Entwicklung und Durchführung eines eignungsdiagnostischen Interviews sind die Ziele, Umfeld- und Rahmenbedingungen des Auftrages sowie die möglichen Konsequenzen für die Teilnehmenden und andere Stakeholder zu klären, zu vereinbaren und zu kommunizieren. Außerdem müssen die Eckpunkte des Vorgehens verabredet werden. Wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor für ein solches Vorhaben ist, die oder den „richtige:n“ Auftraggeber:in für die Auftragsklärung als Gesprächspartner:in zu haben. Dies gilt für die Auftragsklärung eines Beratungsunternehmens in gleichem Maße wie bei der internen Auftragsklärung durch den Personalbereich. Für die Durchführung der Auftragsklärung sind speziell dafür entwickelte Checklisten hilfreich.
