Abstract

Zusammenfassung Videointerviews und andere Methoden der video-gestützten Personalauswahl gewinnen in der Praxis an Bedeutung. Inzwischen werden diese video-gestützten Methoden auch in Kombination mit Auswertungsalgorithmen eingesetzt, die auf Künstlicher Intelligenz basieren. Die Gestaltung und der Einsatz von sowie die Erfahrungen mit video-gestützten Methoden sind unterschiedlich. Im Einzelfall bieten diese Methoden Anlass zur Kritik. Mit der DIN SPEC 91426 liegen erstmals Standards für den sachgerechten Einsatz und die Entwicklung dieser Methoden vor. Mit diesem Beitrag wird ein Überblick über Erarbeitung, Anwendungsbereiche und Regelungsinhalte der DIN SPEC 91426 gegeben.
