Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für ein valides Interview müssen bestimmte Anforderungen an Strukturierung und Standardisierung erfüllt sein, sowohl bezogen auf die Durchführung des Interviews als auch auf den Bewertungsprozess (vgl. hierzu die Interview-Standards des Forum Assessment e.V. Standards zur Entwicklung und Nutzung eignungsdiagnostischer Interviews. https://www.forum-assessment.de/publikationen/standards/interview-standards. Zugegriffen am 16.11.2021, 2021). Die Digitalisierung bietet die Möglichkeit, diese Anforderungen in der Personalpraxis einfach und effektiv umzusetzen. Digitalisierungstools wie die Interview-App geben wesentliche Treiber für Validität von Interviews automatisch vor: strukturierte Leitfäden können mit wenigen Klicks zusammengestellt werden, zu jeder Interview-Frage werden dann feste Bewertungsschemata und -logiken definiert. Die Interview-App dient auch als Kollaborations- und Bewertungsplattform verschiedener Interviewenden. Durch die digitale Erfassung von Bewertungen werden außerdem Gesamt-Scores automatisiert berechnet und ein automatisches Ranking der Kandidat:innen erstellt.
