Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Ende dieses Buchs angekommen, wird in diesem Kapitel ein Brückenschlag zur Welt der Adressat:innen gegeben. Dabei wird zusammenfassend ausgeführt, warum es relevant ist, sich mit WissensmanagementWissenWissensmanagementManagementWissensmanagement, mit dem Ansatz der Lernenden OrganisationOrganisationlernende und dem flankierenden Einsatz von Blended Learning auseinander zu setzen. Zudem ist ein kompakter Überblick über ausgewählte Trends zu finden. Einige werden bereits eingesetzt, wobei hier noch weitere Potenziale für die akademische und betriebliche Anwendung vorliegen. Andere sind noch kaum aufgegriffen worden, sind jedoch Themenfelder, welche die Zukunft des LernenLernens und LehrenLehreLehrens prägen und beeinflussen werden. Aus Sicht der Adressat:innen dieses Buches ist es daher empfehlenswert, die Entwicklungen von Trends des LernenLernens und LehrenLehreLehrens laufend zu beobachten, damit Aus- und Weiterbildung auf einem modernen und professionellen Niveau angeboten und umgesetzt werden kann.
