Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Es gibt nichts Gutes, außer man tut es“, hat Erich Kästner so schön gesagt. Konkret für eine Führungskraft formuliert heißt der Satz „In meinem Verantwortungsbereich gibt es nichts Gutes, außer das Team tut es.“ Wenn Sie aber mit dem, was Ihr Team tut, nicht zufrieden sein sollten, dann sind wir – einmal mehr – wieder bei Ihnen selbst angekommen. Wie sollte es auch anders sein? „Es gibt nichts Gutes, außer ich tue es“, sprich: „Ich selbst bin als Führungskraft diejenige Person, die als Erste etwas Neues, etwas Anderes tun muss. Das Team wird folgen. Ich agiere. Das Team reagiert.“
