Abstract

Zusammenfassung Durch Niedrigzins, Regulierung und sich beschleunigender Digitalisierung sind die Sparkassen unter betriebswirtschaftlichen Druck geraten wie nie zuvor in ihrer 200-jährigen Geschichte. Doch der Weg der ständigen Einsparungen und immer weiter ansteigenden Vertriebsziele ist endlich. Anstatt einer bloßen Digitalisierungsoffensive ohne tiefgreifende Wirkungen galt es vielmehr, an den Methoden und Strukturen anzusetzen und dabei gleichzeitig unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in der Weiterentwicklung der Finanzdienstleistung aktiv zu integrieren.
