Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was für Gebietskörperschaften auf dem ersten Blick abwegig erscheint, ist vieler Orts keines Falls so absurd. Die Bauabzugssteuer betrifft auch juristische Personen des öffentlichen Rechts, die unter anderem mehr als zwei Wohnungen vermieten. Was alles zu beachten ist, angefangen von der Freistellungsbescheinigung bis zum Fall der Besteuerung und der Fall der Vermietung werden in diesem Kapitel vorgestellt. Das Revere-Charge-Verfahren, oder die Umkehrung der Umsatzsteuerschuld spielt auch für viele juristische Personen des öffentlichen Rechts eine Rolle. Dabei werden in diesem Kapitel die Grundlegenden Umsätze, die Rechnungstellung und die Erklärungspflicht bei der Umsatzsteuer vorgestellt.
