Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung bietet immer mehr Möglichkeiten, um kommunale Informationen an die Bürger:innen zu verbreiten. Zu diversen volldigitalen Kanälen, die von den Bürger:innen über Gemeindewebsites oder ihr Smartphone abgerufen werden können, kann die Kommune auch auf physisch sichtbare Informationskanäle zurückgreifen. Bisher wurden hierfür Amtstafeln in und an den Rathäusern, sowie im Gemeinderaum verteilt für den Aushang von Bekanntmachungen, Amtsblättern und Plakaten genutzt. Um diese Art der Informationsverbreitung ressourcenschonender und zukunftsfähiger zu gestalten, können diese durch Digital Signage Systeme als digitale Anschlagtafeln ersetzt werden. Hierbei müssen rechtliche Aspekte der Gemeindeordnung für den rechtskonformen Aushang der Amtsblätter und Bekanntmachungen beachtet werden. Die Installation der digitalen Anschlagtafeln im Rahmen des Projekts „Digitales Dorf Spiegelau-Frauenau“ zeigt den Prozess für den Umstieg von analogen Anschlagtafeln zu einer digitalen Lösung.
