Digitale Modelldörfer: vom Konzept zur Umsetzung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aus einer Idee, wie digitale Technologien und Lösungen gleichwertige Lebensverhältnisse in peripheren Räumen unterstützen können, wurden in Bayern fünf digitale Modellregionen. Im Folgenden wird der Weg dorthin von der Vision über ein Wettbewerbsverfahren beschrieben. Das Projekt „Digitales Dorf Bayern“ basiert auf einem Konzept des Technologie Campus Grafenau, das im Rahmen des bayerischen Investitionsprogramms Bayern Digital I seit 2016 umgesetzt wird und sich mittlerweile zu einem international beachteten und mehrfach ausgezeichneten Leuchtturmprojekt entwickelt hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ganzheitliche, ressortübergreifende Umsetzung der „Living Labs“ und „Bottom-up“ Entwicklung in engem Bürgerdialog.
