Der digitale Pflegekompass. Ein kommunales Unterstützungsangebot für Senior:innen in ländlichen Regionen

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Hinblick auf steigende Bevölkerungszahlen der Altersgruppe 65+ bei gleichzeitigem Fachkräftemangel im Pflegebereich ergreifen Kommunen Maßnahmen, um älteren Mitbürger:innen ein eigenständiges Leben in den eigenen vier Wänden oder bei der Familie zu ermöglichen. Um Informationen zur Pflege und pflegeunterstützenden Angebote weiterzugeben, haben die Kommunen der Integrierten Ländlichen Entwicklung (ILE) Zukunftsregion Rupertiwinkel im Projekt „Digitales Alpendorf“ einen digitalen Pflegekompass mit Fokus auf lokalen Angeboten entwickelt und umgesetzt. Der digitale Pflegekompass dient als einfach zu bedienende digitale Anwendung, mit deren Hilfe sich Nutzerinnen und Nutzer über in der Region oder der eigenen Kommune angebotene Hilfsleistungen informieren, Leitfäden herunterladen und Kontakt zum Pflegestützpunkt Traunstein herstellen können. Zur Anpassung an des digitalen Pflegekompass an die realen Bedürfnisse wurden relevante lokale Akteure in einem Arbeitskreis eingebunden.
