Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das deutsche Meldewesen und das europäische Freizügigkeitsgesetz erfordern im Status quo einen bürokratischen Prozess der Wohnsitzanmeldung und Aufenthaltsanzeige für ausländische Saisonarbeitskräfte. Zum komplizierten Behördendeutsch und den Sprachbarrieren kommt die schlechte Erreichbarkeit des nächsten Meldeamtes im ländlichen Raum erschwerend hinzu. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Problematik des Meldewesens für ausländische Mitbürger:innen herauszustellen und den Weg zu einer Neuumsetzung auf digitaler Basis zu erläutern. Mittels des digitalen, nutzerfreundlichen und mehrsprachigen Meldesystems „Dahuim Anmelden“ gestaltet sich seit Sommer 2021 der Anmeldeprozess für Saisonarbeitskräfte effizienter und einfacher. Durch die digitale Durchführung wird eine höhere Datenqualität und Zeitersparnis im gesamten Meldeprozess erreicht. „Dahuim Anmelden“ wurde im Rahmen des von der Bayerischen Staatsregierung geförderten Projekts „Digitale Hörnerdörfer Allgäu“ entwickelt und umgesetzt.
