Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Abwicklung von Behördengängen, die Informationsbereitstellung für Bürger:innen und der direkte Draht zur Gemeinde über digitale Dienste dienen als eine der vielen Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität im ländlichen Raum. Um den Bürger:innen eine bedarfsgerechte Anwendung an die Hand zu geben, ist eine bevölkerungsnahe Anforderungsermittlung und Entwicklung mittels des Co-Creation Prinzips erfolgsentscheidend. Eine digitale Lösung stellt lediglich einen Mehrwert dar, sofern den Verantwortlichen in der Kommune eine einfache und intuitive Oberfläche zur Pflege von aktuellen Informationen vorliegt. Zudem sind bereits vorhandene Informationskanäle miteinzubeziehen. Innerhalb des Projekts „Digitales Dorf – Spiegelau Frauenau“ wurde im Rahmen des Themenfeldes Dienste die Dahoam 4.0® Rathaus App und das Dahoam 4.0® Rathaus Webportal als eine Komponente im Dahoam 4.0® Anwendungsportfolio entwickelt, die zu der Digitalisierungsstrategie in den beiden Pilotregionen beitragen.
