Abstract

Zusammenfassung Stell dir vor, du lässt dein Food-Start-up aus eigenen Mitteln wachsen. Du kannst dir vermutlich die ersten ein bis zwei Jahre kein Gehalt auszahlen. Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel. Doch gibt es viele Wege, die eigene Idee mit genügend Liquidität zu versorgen. Ausreichend finanzielle Mittel sind für dein Food-Start-up so essenziell wie Wasser für den Apfelbaum. Wie Wolf Michael Nietzer, internationaler Investor, zu sagen pflegt: „Ohne Moos nix los.“ [1] Welche Möglichkeiten es gibt, deine Idee zu finanzieren und welche Begriffe du als Gründer kennen solltest, möchte ich dir in diesem Kapitel vermitteln. Wenn du beginnst, deine Idee umzusetzen ist das Auseinandersetzen mit dem Thema Finanzierung unabdingbar. Dieses Thema ist sehr komplex und birgt viele Varianten, die jeweils Vor- und Nachteile mit sich bringen.
