Abstract

Zusammenfassung Anforderungen an unser Denken Zu Beginn des Buches wurde die Frage aufgeworfen, welche Anforderungen an unser Denken gestellt werden müssen, wenn die Welt in der wir leben, wie beispielhaft erläutert, nicht länger wie ein träger langsamer Fluss dahingleitet, sondern durch Turbulenzen, Sprünge und Verwicklungen gekennzeichnet ist. Gerade ein Entrepreneur, der in neue Märkte eindringt, alte bewegen will oder gar neue erschafft, wird dabei schnell vor der Herausforderung stehen, dass die traditionellen lineal-kausalen Methoden zur Analyse und Entscheidung in derartigen komplexen Situationen, Strukturen und Prozessen nicht mehr weiterhelfen und wir mit unserer Rationalität offenbar an Grenzen stoßen.
