Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um in der VUCA-Welt auch künftig erfolgreich zu sein, sind neue Fähigkeiten erforderlich. Erfolg wird zukünftig mehr und mehr definiert werden als eine Mischung aus beruflichem und privatem Wohlbefinden sein, ein in sich selbst ruhender und von außen wertgeschätzter Zustand. Tradierte Erfahrungen und zertifizierte Expertisen zeigen keinen Effekt mehr und sind für die Welt, wie sie uns heute begegnet nicht mehr en vogue. Dabei handelt es sich bei dieser Veränderung keineswegs um eine Modeerscheinung, sondern um einen Megatrend. Schlichtweg alles benötigt eine flexible Herangehensweise. Diese Anpassungsfähigkeit schließt ein permanentes Erlernen und Dazulernen, aber auch ein Verlernen dessen, was „man immer schon so gemacht hat“ mit ein.
