Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nichts bleibt wie es ist und alles wird anders – kaum eine Phase beweist das so sehr wie die aktuelle. An der Stelle ist es sinnvoll einmal „weg vom Menschen“ und „hin zum Unternehmen“ zu schauen: was bedeuten diese Buzzwords von Change, Disruption und Transformation ganz konkret im Joballtag? Die Menschheit war noch nie in ihrer Geschichte so gut informiert, so stark untereinander vernetzt, so intensiv ineinander verwoben, wie heute. Genau darin liegt auch ein Handlungsauftrag, den die VUCA-Welt an alle Menschen stellt: Es ist eine Aufforderung den eigenen Weg zu suchen, schnell Entscheidungen zu treffen, die Zusammenhänge besser zu verstehen und die Komplexität des Lebens besser zu bewältigen. Dazu gehört auch emphatisches Verhalten zu entwickeln. Diese Mischung aus Kompetenz und Emotion ist eine in der Unternehmenswelt völlig neue Entwicklung (und sie ist noch längst nicht abgeschlossen).
