Abstract

Zusammenfassung Entscheidungen unter Unsicherheit sind für Unternehmen die Regel. Megatrends und deren Subtrends sind die Treiber hinter gesellschaftlichen Strömungen und damit auch Geschäftsmodellinnovationen. Das vorliegende Kapitel verdeutlicht mit dem methodischen Ansatz bzw. dem Vorgehensmodell der trendantizipierenden Geschäftsmodellinnovationen nach Granig et al. (2018) ein Vorgehen, auf Basis dessen bestehende Geschäftsmodelle hinsichtlich ihrer Zukunftsfestigkeit gegenüber Trends geprüft und ggf. angepasst werden können. Vor diesem Hintergrund erfährt die theoretische Modellierung praktische Anwendung. Die detaillierten Informationen zu verschiedenen Subtrends in den vorangegangenen Kapiteln des vorliegenden Bandes können als Basis für eine möglichst ausführliche Analyse im Rahmen dieser Methode dienen und schaffen Anknüpfungspunkte für die Praxis.
