Abstract

Zusammenfassung Berufsorientierung unterstützt die Eigeninitiative junger Menschen bei der Spiegelung von Möglichkeiten und Erfordernissen am Ausbildungs- und Studienmarkt mit den eigenen Interessen und Potenzialen. Der deutsche Ausbildungsmarkt ist von einem Überhang der Nachfrage (Ausbildungsplätze) gegenüber dem Angebot (Bewerber) gekennzeichnet. Diese Proportion prägt die Prognose wachsenden Fachkräftemangels. Damit gewinnt die Rekrutierung von Fachkräften aus Drittländern zunehmendes Gewicht. Die Arbeitslosenquote in Deutschland geht in den letzten Jahren schrittweise nach unten. Herausforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes sind die Bekämpfung zunehmenden Fachkräftemangels und von Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit. Unter diesen Bedingungen kommt dem Matching, der Herstellung von Passfähigkeit zwischen Bewerberprofilen und dem Bedarf der Wirtschaft – und damit der Bildung –, wachsende Bedeutung zu.
